New Fight the Fat Clubs starting in August! The 12 week womens only weight loss club is running another 3 groups on Monday 7-8pm, Tuesday 630 - 730pm and wednesday 7-8pm. For more info please get in contact!

Fight the fat club starting in April! Running for 12 weeks on a Monday 7-8pm, Tuesday 630-730pm and wednesday 7-8pm at Deeside College. Its a Great club to lose weight, tone up and really change your lifestyle for the better! You dont have
to be a gym member to join either! Join the already successful Weight loss club with proven results! Packages can include Diet diaries and home or gym programmes. Each week will be consist of a weigh in, 45 mins exercise and 15 mins diet advice. Prices start from £60 and you dont have to pay it all upfront! Hi everyone, would you be interested in personal training for £7 a session? I'm looking for people that want to get fit for summer and are happy to train in a small group. No gimics just a training session 1 or 2 times a week to get you fitter and feeling fab!

Ok for everyone who was interested in the £7 personal training sessions here are the dates:
Monday 27th: 11am - 2 spaces
Tues 28th: 6pm - 5 spaces
Tues 28th: 7pm - 6 spaces
Monday 3rd June: 6pm - 4 spaces
Monday 3rd June: 7pm - 3 spaces
Thurs 13th June : 6pm - 1 spaces
Mon 17th June: 6pm - 5 spaces
Mon 17th June: 7pm - 3 spaces
Weds 19th : 7pm - 4 spaces
Thurs 20th: 6pm - 1 spaces
Mon 24th: 6pm - 4 spaces
Mon 24th: 7pm - 4 spaces
Thurs 27th 6pm - 1 spaces
If you are interested in doing the session please let me know. Places are limited to 8 per session. its £7 per session for members of lifestyle fitness or £8 for non members. You can block book £30 for 5 sessions for members and £35 for non members! Places will fill up fast so contact me asap

Hi Everyone, A new Fight The Fat Club is starting up on a Wednesday at 6-7pm at Lifestyle Fitness, Deeside College starting 15th May. 12 week weight loss course with training sessions and diet advice and added extras can be included including training programmes and diet diaries / analysis. For more info please contact me :) You dont have to be a member of a gym to be in the club!

A new fight the fat club is starting in 2 weeks on wednesday 20th february. 12 weeks of exercise, diet advice and nutritional planning with option of training programmes and diet plans and analysis. It will run on a wednesday 6-7pm at lifestyle fitness, deeside college. For more info or to book your place please get in contact!

Great session tonight with Fight The Fat Club with new member emma walsh. A massive well done to Michelle Paddock for losing 4lbs in a week and well done to Kirsty Lloyd 1/2lb off. Great training session girls Tracy Pryce, Joanne Paddock and the rest of the gang!Up to 9 members now but still space if anyone is interested in joining up
