New years Resolution - New You! Fight The Fat Club 2013

The revolutionary diet and exercise programme which works and is enjoyable and affordable!
Running on a Thursday 7 - 8pm starting January 10th for 12 weeks!
A 6 week starter course running on a wednesday
 6 - 7pm is also available please enquire.
 
 
Fight The Fat Club
 
Objectives
 To become more educated on how to eat healthier
To become more educated on what exercises and training to do in the gym
 To become more motivated throughout the 12 weeks to train more frequently
To help you reach goals (Fitness, Nutritional and other) set at start of 12 weeks.
 To feel more confident when exercising in the gym
To learn how to use the new gym equipment
 To get into a regular fitness regime which is carried on after the 12 weeks
To enjoy the sessions and get a FEEL GOOD FACTOR about yourself.

Health Assessment – Add on £30 to your chosen package
 
·       Premier health assessment – 2 x One to One 45 minute health assessment on a separate day and time – measuring body fat %, BMI, full body measurements, before andafter photos.
 
·       Advanced Fitness, Flexibility and Strength Testing
 
·       Week 6-  15 min consultation to check onprogress on Premier health assessment.
