Training Packages

Steph is willing to come up with a package to suit your own personal needs - be it group training or just more sessions than in an original package.

Training can be done in the comfort of your own home or Steph can find a venue close to you to carry out your training.

Steph has access to a Gym complete with state of the art equipment. Or why not train on the indoor or outdoor athletic track like a professional athlete? Whatever your needs Steph will find the best venue for you.

**Fight The Fat Club**

Like going to group slimming clubs like Weight Watchers and Slimming World?

Then Fight The Fat Club may be for you.

Do you want to lose weight, tone up and feel fabulous?

Then Fight The Fat Club IS for you!

A group meeting once a week for an hour where you will have 45 minutes of exercise partnered with 15 mins consisting of a weigh in, nutritional advice and guidance and training programmes to be getting along with until the next meeting.

The package runs for 12 weeks and prices start from just £60 for the 12 weeks! The great thing is you can pay in installments too!

Sessions currently run on a Monday6-7, 7-8pm, Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm, Wednesday 6.30-730pm and Thursday1015-11.15and 6-7pm in the Connahs Quay area.
